Meet Monika, the Founder of Gradual Movement

I'm guiding women (including myself) to become the most AUTHENTIC versions of themselves.

The most important thing I want to mention in my introduction is that I'm somebody who found a real passion in what I do, and that is why it has an immesuarable value that comes from my heart, my womb, my entire existence. Of course, from my education and extensive professional experience.

But life itself teaches me and all of us. I’m as well figuring everything out, day by day, step by step, gradually. I'm one of those very humble teachers out there, really embodying the imperfections, patience, empathy, and connection I love to create for my clients and women in general. To share, inspire, and support each other.

Gradual Movement is also my kind of therapy, part of my transformation, my way to step out of my comfort zone, so I can stay on my mission.

LETS´S WORK TOGETHER

I gently guide clients to recognize, accept, and release their limitations, empowering them to move with confidence, build strength, and deepen the connection between mind, body, and breath.

The focus is on consistency and fulfillment at each step, rather than perfection.

I intentionally share my knowledge to help women understand their bodies, identify the roots of pain, and address discomfort or mobility challenges. This awareness empowers them to make meaningful, lasting changes.

Holistic Therapy & Mentoring

I offer holistic consulting and therapy for those who struggle with their menstrual cycle, PCOS, endometriosis, and conception.  

And mentoring for women working in high-performance and seeking to shift the masculine dynamics, recognize its patterns, and proceed deeper into the healing of the generational trauma.

Working with Monika for private postpartum Pilates has been such a meaningful and positive experience. The techniques she taught me, especially deep core activation and pelvic floor exercises, opened my eyes to how important it is to reconnect with my body after birth. I feel like these (breathing) exercises are not just about recovery, but they are tools I can carry with me for the long term, whether at the gym or just moving through daily life. They help me feel more grounded and balanced.
